How it's done: We have 2 ready templates available for heart shaped ornaments, Check out our photos in this listing.

If you do not want to follow any of our templates available, select None (Customize your own) and then type in the text box what words you wish to put on the ornament. Please remember to include your handphone number during check out as we may need to contact you* if we have any concerns over your design.

*Note: If there is a need to contact you over the designs, and you are uncontactable, we will NOT proceed with the personalisation and this may cause a delay in you receiving your items. 

Points to Note

• All ornaments will come with a protective sheet pasted over the plate. Please remember to remove it before displaying.
• Unfortunately, due to the process of vinyl-ing, hairline scratches and tiny pinholes on surfaces are unavoidable. We will however try our best to keep the scratches to a minimum. 
• There may also be some imperfections near the edges where the machine cuts the acrylic plate. 
• By carting out a product, you have checked and confirmed the personalisation details (ie. spell check). We will not be able to make changes to the personalisation content once the vinyl is applied on the product. 

What is inlcuded

As shown in the photos, all hanging ornaments will come with and organza string. All hexagon shaped ornaments will come with a ribbon bow. If you would like to have a ribbon bow for heart shape ornament, please indicate so at the ribbon bow option.
