Shipping destinations
- We currently only ship locally within Singapore. We are working to add more shipping destinations in the near future. In the meantime, if you stay outside of Singapore and would like to make a purchase, contact us via the Contact Us section and we will separately advise you on the shipping cost and the delivery time.
Shipping times
Regular Local Door Step Courier Delivery
- Local orders take 3-5 working days to make and process and another 1-3 working days to be delivered to you.
- Weekdays delivery only between 10am-10pm.
Express Local Door Step Courier Delivery
- Local orders take 1-2 working days to make and process and will be delivered to you on your desired date. (E-mail us at adolcesurprise@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram handle to arrange for delivery date and time-slot).
Shipping cost
- Orders SGD$80 and above will be entitled to free shipping. (Regular Local Door Step Courier)
- For regular local door step courier delivery, orders under SGD$80 will be charged a flat rate of SGD$6.
- For express local door step courier delivery, orders will be charged a flat rate of SGD $10. By selecting this option, your order will be bumped up the queue and will only take 1-2 working days to process and delivered the next working day. (Total lead time: 2-3 working days).
Terms
- We will not be liable for any mishalding during shipping. We will do our best to package every item carefully to prevent breakage during shipping. In the unfortunate case that an item is damaged during shipping, we will not be resposible for it unless we are proven to be responsible for the damage.
- All items will be quality checked before they are sent out to keep the possibility of any defective items to a minimum.
- Please check and ensure that your mailing address is correct before carting out. Once you realise your mailing address is wrong, contact us via e-mail at adolcesurprise@gmail.com immediately. Unfortunately, once an item is packaged and dispatched, we will not be able to amend the mailing address. In cases like these, we will not be resposible for the lost items.
- For all missed deliveries, we will only offer ONE redelivery attempt. It is all customers’ responsibility to ensure they/ their recipients are available to receive the gifts or provide us with clear instructions on where to leave the gifts or who to leave the gifts with should they be unavailable to receive the gifts, after we send out delivery notifications. Subsequent redelivery attempts will be charged at $6/ delivery trip.
- What is considered a missed delivery?: When our delivery dispatch arrives at the doorstep of shipping location but nobody answers the door. When our delivery dispatch tries to contact recipient/ sender with the contact number(s) provided on the order form to no response. When sender/ recipient did not give clear instructions on what to do with the gifts if nobody is at said location and delivery dispatch leaves location with photographic proof that he/ she has indeed arrived at said location.
- Please try to avoid missed deliveries as it will take 2-3 working days to schedule a redelivery attempt which will result in a delay in you/ your recipients from receiving the gifts.
Self- Collection
- We offer self collection options. Please select the self-collection option during check out.
- You may request for items to be checked upon self collection to make sure that they are in acceptable condition, do allocate about 10mins for re-wrapping of gifts. We will not be responsible for any damaged items if they are proven to be in good/ acceptable condition upon leaving our premises. *NOTE: This option will temporarily be unavailable from 22 July 2021 until further notice.*
- Do give us a heads up if you would like to check your items before we wrap them up.
- In the event that we are not available to gift wrap your items on the spot, we will send photos as prove that the items were in good condition before it was wrapped up, and will do our best to package the items carefully to prevent breakage.
- In the event that you are unable to turn up last minute, please message us immediately and arrange for another timing. Remember to include your name and order number. We will only allow up to 2 change of dates.
- We currently offer 2 locations for self collection. *NOTE: Location 1 will be temporarily unavailable for self-collection until further notice*
- Location 1 will be temporarily unavailable for self-collection. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Location 2 will still be available for self collection.

- After your order is confirmed, we will take 2-4 working days to process and make your order. Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via SMS/ Whatsapp and set up a convenient time for self-collection at your selected location.
