How to care for your product

Personalisation method: Vinyl Application

Applies to: Tumblers/ Mugs/ Watchboxes/ Charmsbox/ Trinket Dishes/ Coasters

• All our vinyls used are waterproof vinyls and can withstand gentle washing.
• Wash all drinkware items before use. 
• Wash product with mild dish washing liquid and a gentle sponge.
• Do not scrub with green part (coarse side) of sponge to prevent scratches on your vinyls.
• Hand wash only! Personalised products are not dishwasher/ microwave/ sterilizer box safe. 

Personalisation method: Thread embroidery

Applies to: Bath towels

• Do not iron directly on name embroidery. You may however choose to iron on reverse side on low heat. 
• Do not pull/ tug on loose threads. Simply cut any threads that comes loose.
• Wash all towels or chlothing articles before use. 
• Do not bleach.
• Machine wash cold water.
• If color residue appears in water, rinse first in lukewarm water and then cold several times until rinse water becomes clear.
• Beware of color transfer especially from dark garments. Wash separately from light articles.
• Do not soak in water for too long.
